We are delighted to introduce to you RwandAir’s Dream Miles Frequent Flyer program, which will go live November 14, 2011.

Dream Miles is all about rewarding, thanking you for your loyalty and patronage of our services. You will now earn miles on every flight taken on RwandAir. What’s more Dream Miles is an exclusive program that offers a range of privileges to you, all designed to enhance your journey before, during and after your flight. With this program, our regional network and destinations, you enjoy a world of benefits, convenience and personalized service wherever you travel with us, including:

• Earning status and bonus miles on tickets purchased and flown on RwandAir.
• Redeeming miles for ticket purchase, upgrades, and companion awards.
• A host of other benefits including priority wait listing, upgrade to business class, check-in and boarding, excess baggage allowances, guaranteed seats, and exclusive benefits for Silver, Gold and Diamond members.

Please find below a Dream Miles Enrollment Form, which you should download, print and carefully complete and return to us. Keenly go through the information required on the form and remember to give us ticket numbers of all the tickets you have used since January 1, 2011. These will count towards earning you miles on the program immediately.

Once processed, we will send to you your membership number which you should quote whenever making your reservations, ticket purchase or checking in for your flights so that your miles can be automatically credited to your Dream Miles Frequent Flyer account.

The Dream Miles Team will send to you a Membership Pack including a permanent membership card once your account is activated through your first flight once the program goes live.
