Our Group Travel Policy

For groups of 10 or more, we offer Special discounted fares combined with the most beneficial terms and conditions specifically designed for group travel. We have a dedicated and experienced Group Sales Team specially trained to deal with all group travel requests for all passengers traveling for business, Studies, tours or leisure purposes.

Group Travel Procedures

Group Size: The minimum group size is 10 passengers or more traveling together on one flight on either the outbound or inbound portion of the journey.

Bookings and Names: It's important to book your group at least two months in advance, this way it helps to plan your group travels and manage any changes in time before the trip. We request that group names be submitted a month before the trip. Prior to tickets being issued name changes are free of charge. Once tickets are issued any changes are permitted at a charge of $25 per change and must be carried out prior to departure. Payment If a booking is made a month before departure then names and full payment are due a week before departure.

Refund on Group Fares: There will be no refund if one portion of the ticket has been utilized.

Baggage Allowance: Each group member is allowed 30Kg of check-in baggage and 10Kg of Carry on bag in Economy class and 40Kg of check-in baggage and 10Kg of Carry on bag in Business class. Excess baggage charges will apply as appropriate.

Group Seating: We have the facility to ensure that your group is block seated together within the aircraft. A block allocation of seats will be assigned to all group members upon request at check-in before departure.
