2. Title: Catering Service Supervisor


Duties and responsibilities

  • Carry out forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to minimize costs and increase revenue through customer satisfaction;
  • Training of in-flight catering staff;
  • Ensuring optimum stock control/ discrepancy reports;
  • Investigating and action on catering delays;
  • Meal presentation;
  • Sourcing of new products to ensure a best inflight service excellence;
  • Sourcing high quality products;
  • Maintaining in-flight products;
  • Gaining exposure to new and different products;
  • Ensure safety hazard and occurrences during operations are reported;
  • Control and monitoring station equipment and stock hold item;
  • Follow up with supply chain to avoid nil stock out

Requirements:

  • Degree in food service management or related field;
  • Should have served at least 2years in the food & beverage department in five Star Hotel;
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
  • Communication and leadership skills
