Sales Executive

1. JOB TITLE: Sales Executive
2. REPORT TO: Sales Manager-Rwanda
3. JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving the airline targets on sales. He/she will be accountable for the top line as well as developing and maintaining an effective airline commercial network.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and prepare clientele database for planning and identifying clients’ needs
  • Prepare visit work plan for clients for optimum utilization of time and resources
  • Visit, service and build relations with the market to maintain loyalty and optimise revenues
  • Achieve sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the airline
  • Prepare, close sales contracts/incentives and deals to key accounts to generate maximum revenue
  • Promote WB products and services to create awareness and generate sales and revenue
  • Gather market intelligence to identify threats and opportunities so as to maintain a competitive edge and generate sales
  • Prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation and monitoring

5. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate with at least 2years sales experience
  • Airline experience an added advantage
  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driving license
  • Analytical influencing skills
