Emerald Tier

This is the entry point to the program. At this level you will receive an e-card that is available on the member website. A physical card will be provided upon payment.

Benefits:
  • Entitled to a free ticket using award miles *
  • Eligible for flight upgrade and last minute cabin upgrade using award miles *
  • Entitled to up to 40kgs excess baggage using award miles

Silver Tier

Become a silver member once you have earned 25,000 Tier Miles or taken 20 flights in a year and enjoy new range of benefits.

Benefits:
  • Entitled to a free ticket using award miles *
  • Eligible for flight upgrade and last minute cabin upgrade using award miles *
  • Additional 10 kg checked baggage allowance
  • Earn 25% bonus miles on all RwandAir flights
  • Priority on wait-list

Gold Tier

Move up to the Gold membership and enjoy another level of benefits by earning 50,000 miles or 40 flights a year.

Benefits:
  • 50% bonus miles on all RwandAir flights
  • Additional 15 kg checked baggage allowance
  • Free ticket using miles *
  • Free upgrade to the higher cabin using miles *
  • High priority on wait –list
  • Access to the business class lounge
  • Priority check-in
  • Priority baggage tagging

Diamond Tier

Get rewarded for flying even more with our top tier Diamond which can be attained by earning 100,000 miles or 60 flights in a year.

Benefits:
  • 100 % bonus miles on all RwandAir flights
  • Additional 23 kg checked baggage allowance
  • One free upgrade to business class when travelling in economy cabin in a year *
