How do I reserve My Dream Space?
You can reserve My Dream Space through the link provided in your email invitation or by accessing your booking online using your booking reference and last name.
If my flight is changed or cancelled, will My Dream Space reservation be transferred to my new flight?
No. Your reservation for My Dream Space will not be transferred to your new flight. You will automatically receive a refund for the fee paid for My Dream Space, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
How many Free Seats can I reserve?
You may reserve up to three (3) Free Seats, depending on the aircraft configuration and seat availability.
Is My Dream Space available on all flights?
My Dream Space is available on all RwandAir-operated flights, subject to availability.
Is My Dream Space available in Business Class?
No. My Dream Space is only available for passengers traveling in Economy Class.
Can I use My Dream Space to store bags or personal items?
No. My Dream Space seats are intended solely to provide additional seat space and cannot be used for:

Can I modify or cancel my purchase after payment?
No. Once the purchase has been completed, My Dream Space transaction is final and non-refundable, except in cases of operational disruptions initiated by the airline.
Will I earn Dreammiles when I reserve My Dream Space?
No. Miles points are not earned for My Dream Space purchases.
Can I purchase My Dream Space on partner airlines?
No. My Dream Space is only available on eligible RwandAir-operated flights and is not available on codeshare or partner airline flights.
