Terms and Conditions - My Dream Space

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to any bid (“Offer”) or instant purchase made by you (“Passenger” or “you”) to RwandAir (“Airline”) for the opportunity to purchase My Dream Space.

1. General Policy

1.1 To submit an Offer or make an instant purchase for My Dream Space, you must:

• Have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence at the time the Offer is submitted; and
• Hold a confirmed reservation on a scheduled flight operated by RwandAir that is eligible for a Neighbor Free Seat purchase.

1.2 My Dream Space Offers or instant purchases are only available on flights operated by RwandAir and for passengers holding a valid Economy Class ticket issued on 459-ticket stock.

1.3 The following bookings or ticket types are not eligible for My Dream Space Offer or purchase:

• Unaccompanied minors
• Free tickets
• Rebate tickets

1.4 My Dream Space Offer submitted in connection with a reservation made directly with RwandAir or through an authorized third party (such as a travel agent) shall entitle the passenger(s) named in the Offer to be considered for My Dream Space, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.5 RwandAir is under no obligation to accept any Offer. Acceptance of an Offer is solely at the discretion of RwandAir.

1.6 My Dream Space applies only to the specific flight sector for which the Offer or purchase is made. Additional sectors within the same itinerary require separate Offers or purchases. All charges are payable in addition to the original ticket fare.

1.7 If you submit an Offer, it shall remain valid for acceptance by RwandAir up to four (2) hours prior to the scheduled departure time. You may review, modify, or cancel your Offer provided it has not yet been accepted by RwandAir.

1.8 Once an Offer or Instant Purchase has been accepted, you authorize RwandAir to charge the applicable amount to your payment card and the purchase cannot be withdrawn except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

1.9 My Dream Space is not available on exit row seats or extra legroom seats.

1.10 My Dream Space purchases are non-transferable and non-exchangeable to another passenger or flight.

1.11 RwandAir reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.

1.12 These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with the RwandAir Conditions of Carriage, Terms of Use, and Privacy Notice. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1.13 By making My Dream Space Offer or Instant Purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Changes and Refunds

2.1 No refunds, credits, or exchanges shall be provided once an Offer or Instant Purchase has been accepted, except under the following circumstances:

• RwandAir changes the passenger’s seat for operational, safety, or security reasons and is unable to provide a suitable alternative.
• A flight disruption results in the passenger being moved to another flight and RwandAir is unable to provide a suitable alternative.
• The passenger is transferred to a flight not operated by RwandAir.

2.2 Approved refunds shall be processed in the same currency used for the original payment and refunded to the original payment card used during purchase.

2.3 Refunds shall be limited to the amount charged by RwandAir. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees shall not be refunded by RwandAir.

2.4 If you cancel or miss your flight for reasons not attributable to RwandAir, no refund of My Dream Space fee shall be provided.
