• Signed corporate enrolment form

• Contact details and a passport or national ID copy of the company focal person

Earning Miles

• The designated focal person must submit a monthly list of all eligible RwandAir tickets purchased by the company to dreammiles@rwandair.com.
• Eligible miles are credited to the Corporate Account.
• Unregistered tickets may be re-claimed for up to 6 months from the travel date for RwandAir-operated flights.
• Flights operated by Qatar Airways are not eligible to earn miles under the Corporate Account programme.

Redeem Miles

1. The designated company focal person submits a redemption request via dreammiles@rwandair.com or through a RwandAir sales office.
2. The Loyalty or Sales Team verifies the available mileage balance and eligibility.
3. The award is issued.
4. Miles are deducted from the Corporate Account.
5. A confirmation is sent to the company’s registered email address.
6. Rewards include:

• Award tickets
• Cabin upgrades
• Excess baggage
• Other eligible DreamMiles rewards
