Documents

• Marriage certificate for the head member.
• Birth certificates for eligible children or adopted children.
• Copies of each family member’s identity documents and supporting records as requested.

Earn Miles

Each family member must provide their individual DreamMiles membership number when booking or checking in.

• Eligible miles earned by family members are automatically credited to the Family Account under the Head Member.
• Unregistered flights may be re-claimed:

  1. Up to 12 months from the travel date for RwandAir-operated flights.
  2. Up to 6 months from the travel date for Qatar Airways-operated flights.

Redeem Miles

1. The Family Head Member submits a redemption request via email to dreammiles@rwandair.com or through a RwandAir sales office.
2. The Loyalty or Sales Team verifies the available mileage balance and eligibility.
3. The requested miles are used.
4. The corresponding miles are deducted from the Family Account.
5. Reward includes:

• Award tickets
• Cabin upgrades
• Excess baggage
• Kigali International Airport Lounge Access
• Other eligible DreamMiles rewards

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join a Family Account?
A Family Account must include a father, a mother, and eligible children or adopted children. Each family member must have an Individual Account, and a Family Head Member must be designated to manage the account.

Can all family members redeem miles?
No. Redemption requests must be submitted by the designated Family Head Member.

Do family members still need Individual Accounts?
Yes. Every family member must maintain an Individual Account linked to the Family Account.
