RwandAir receives human remains from funeral parlors. All of our employees are trained in the sensitive transportation coordination of human remains. You can be assured we will give your departed loved ones the highest quality of service on their journey to their final resting place.

1. Shipper’s letter of instruction
2. Packing list
3. Commercial invoice
4. Maximum dimensions: Length=190cm, width=80cm, height=70 cm
5. Do not exceed 80 kgs per package
6. A330 maximum dimensions: Length=230cm , width=300cm, height=160cm
1. Death certificate
2. Deceased passport
3. National Police Certificate
4. Certificate from the Embassy/High Commission
5. Embalmed certificate
1. They are domesticated or otherwise non-harmful animals
2. Standard cage
3. Import permit from the country of destination
4. Export permit from the country of origin
5. Current vaccination cards from the veterinary (Valid for one month)
6. Shipper’s letter of instruction
7. Live animal passport or certificate of identification
8. Live animal Shipper Certification
