RwandAir is a fast growing national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda, which has expanded its fleet operation beyond Africa to respond to customer needs and expectations.
RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of its funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
The RWANDAIR LTD hereby invites eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for supplying PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT(PPES) to RwandAir Ltd. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises that meets our quality & safety requirements.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir head office in Kigali upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf10,000) Ten Thousand Rwandan Francsto Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M or USD 10 opened at 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. The Payment proof should bear the following ‘Purchasing of Tender Document 077/WB/10/2023-2024 for supply of PPEs.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 22nd, October 2024 at RwandAir, Procurement Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Million Six Hundred Ninety-Three Six Hundred Forty-Nine Rwandan Francs (2,693,649) issued by any commercial bank or a reputable financial

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy in place.
RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
