1. RwandAir is a fast-growing national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda, which has expanded its fleet operation beyond Africa to respond to customer needs and expectations.
2. The RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”)has used some of its funds towards the cost of supply and Installation of Pharmaceutical Cold-room).  The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
3. RWANDAIR LTD hereby invites eligible bidders specialized in the area of supplying and installing cold rooms. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies that meet our quality & safety requirements. 
4. The tender document can be collected from the RWANDAIR LTD Head Office from October 28, 2024, during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time.

Bids shall be submitted via E-supplier portal link RwandAir Supplier Portal no later than November 25^th,2024, at 11:00 am Kigali time.  Quotations that arrive late will be rejected and will not be considered for the evaluation. 9. RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before the contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
