No-show = USD150 (Waived if booking segment(s) is/are cancelled at least 24hrs to flight).
Date change/Reissue fee = USD100, Fare difference shall apply.
Refund before & after departure: Non-refundable.
Reissue: No manual reissue on this promotion is permitted across all our network stations/offices. Use ATC reissue only and charge all fees displayed in the system.
Procedure: The passenger inserts the promo code into the website at the point of booking, and the code discounts the current selling fare by up to 40%, depending on the fare the family booked.
