Pricing Analyst
RwandAir Ltd is the flag carrier airline of Rwanda. It operates domestic and international services to East Africa, Central Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, Europe and the Middle East from its main base at Kigali International Airport. As part of the expansion strategy, we are looking for interested, qualified, and competent candidates to fill the following position:

Job Purpose
To support fare administration, competitive analysis, and revenue-enhancing initiatives through accurate data gathering, fare loading, and performance tracking. The role plays a vital part in the implementation of RwandAir’s pricing strategies across global markets.
a. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational
- Load and maintain fare data and rules in internal systems and GDS platforms based on approved pricing decisions.
- Monitor competitive fares across key routes and compile daily fare comparisons.
- Conduct fare audits to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in filed fares.
- Assist in the preparation of fare proposals, pricing decks, and market performance reports.
- Analyze historical pricing and booking trends to support fare adjustments and market strategy reviews.
- Track effectiveness of promotional campaigns and support post-campaign evaluation.
- Coordinate with ATPCO and system providers to ensure timely and accurate fare uploads.
- Support Sales teams with special pricing requests and quote validation.
- Update pricing trackers, dashboards, and internal fare reference tools.
- Assist with regulatory fare filings and maintain compliance records.
- Flag anomalies or potential pricing violations that could impact revenue.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Network Planning teams to validate capacity and pricing alignment.
- Other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
b. About You – Minimum Standard Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or Aviation Management.
Essential
- 0–2 years of experience in airline pricing, commercial analysis, or revenue management (internship or full-time).
- Familiarity with fare filing, GDS fare structures, or pricing databases is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling.
- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
