Working at RwandAir has given me something invaluable – the chance to grow in a fastmoving, international environment where every decision matters. In the Legal Department, I’ve gained exposure to aviation regulations, contracts, compliance, and cross-department collaboration, the kind of experience you simply can’t find in many industries. What I appreciate most is how RwandAir encourages continuous learning. You don’t just observe; you contribute. You work with professionals from across the business, understand the complexity of aviation, and develop both technical and soft skills that strengthen your career.
