Passengers whose flights were impacted by flight suspension due to COVID-19 shall be reprotected on the approved list of airlines advised to the stations.
The name change is prohibited across WB network. However, where a passenger is COVID-19 positive and wishes to transfer ticket to another, one free name change may be permitted as long as the name change request is received at least three (3) days to departure. Any name change within three (3) days will attract $150.
Name change can only be done once on a ticket For passengers who are not directly impacted, either by COVID-19, or by travel restrictions due to COVID-19, but who wish to transfer their ticket, penalties shall apply. Name change requested before 7 days of departure will attract penalty of $250.
Name change application within 7 to 4 days to departure attracts $350. Any application for name change within 72hr to departure must be approved in writing and attracts a name change fee of $500. Name change can only be done once on a ticket.

Fare difference between the old and new routes, plus any tax differentials between O&Ds are applicable. However, where the value of the new routing is lower than the previous, no refund of residual value shall be claimed.
Miles of cancelled tickets will be freely credited and taxes and fees will be refunded if affected by COVID-19 restrictions.
