Kigali, July 1st, 2020 – Rwanda’s borders remain closed to commercial flights in order to curb the spread of Covid-19. RwandAir will therefore extend the temporary suspension of passenger flights until travel restrictions are lifted.
Customers holding RwandAir tickets can take advantage of our flexible fare policies which include rebooking at no extra cost, travel vouchers, one name change, extension of ticket validity and many more. Further details can be found on our website.
Affected customers may contact RwandAir via reservations@rwandair.com or their travel agent if their booking was not made directly with the airline.
