RwandAir to move its operations to Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport starting April 3, 2024.

Kigali, 19, March 2024 RwandAir has announced that it will relocate to Heathrow Terminal 4 to provide an improved customer experience for passengers travelling to and from Rwanda.

This decision is part of a series of changes implemented by Heathrow Airport’s operators to streamline operations at the busy airport

Premium passengers travelling through Terminal 4 will have access to the Plaza Premium Lounge’s selection of freshly prepared hot and cold food, a fully tended bar, and shower facilities with amenities.

RwandAir began operating flights from Heathrow Airport in October 2020 and currently offers six direct flights per week to Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.

Simon Rickman the regional manager for the UK and EU said: “The relocation to Terminal 4 will improve our operations and customer service, as we prepare to operate daily flights from Heathrow starting April 29th.

“Our customers will appreciate easy access to every gate at Terminal 4, resulting in a seamless service with shorter walking times starting April 3rd”

RwandAir currently serves 24 destinations across East, Central, West, and Southern Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
