Kigali
Rwanda’s Ministry of Health strongly encourages the public to adhere to standard prevention measures. These include:
· Practice good hand hygiene by washing hands frequently with soap and water or using hand sanitizer.
· Avoid close contact with individuals who show symptoms consistent with mpox, such as rash, fever, and swollen lymph nodes.
· Seek immediate medical attention if you or someone you know develops symptoms suggestive of Mpox.
· Stay informed through official channels and adhere to guidance from health authorities.
Paris
Passengers traveling from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, the Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, and Kenya are advised to follow health precautions, such as regular hand washing and avoiding contact with people or animals infected with Mpox and with potentially contaminated objects (such as clothing, bedding or tableware used by infected people).
