In an effort to provide our esteemed customers with a more personalized and sophisticated service, RwandAir has upgraded its Dream Miles Loyalty System and become the first African airline to have a payment facility loaded on their frequent flyer cards in partnership with Ecobank and CPI U.K.
This will allow us to provide a more specialized and personalized service to our customers. As part of our system upgrade, we will need to revalidate and verify our client’s information. All existing members are to contact our Dream Miles team in order to revalidate their accounts in order to have their new payment enabled cards printed and redeem miles and benefits of the program.
