How to Redeem an Award Ticket Online      

Steps to redeem a ticket online:

1. Click on Login (icon top right next to English icon)
2. Enter your Dream Miles membership and password (same as of the one you use on members log-in)
3. Once logged-in, display your profile and click on the redeem icon
4. It will direct you to the booking page
5. Fill in your itinerary and travel date and click on search
6. Follow the prompt
