RWANDAIR’S OFFER TO THE 27TH AFRICAN UNION SUMMIT DELEGATES.

RwandAir is pleased to offer discounts to delegates attending the 27th AFRICAN UNION SUMMIT DISCOUNT as listed below terms and conditions:

In order to enjoy the discount, delegates will be required to prove that their travel is for the conference and they will also be required to book and pay for their tickets by the 8th of July 2016. Their travel dates must be between the 05th of July 2016 and the 23rd of July 2016.

THow to take Advantage of the Offer:

  1. Delegate to visit the nearest RwandAir office to reserve and pay for the flight before the 08th of July 2016.
  2. Delegate to produce an official conference invitation letter and personal identification documents; this is to help RwandAir ascertain that delegate is travelling for the summit.
  3. Once cleared based on “2”above, RwandAir office will create a reservation and issue ticket upon receipt of the applicable fare.

Delegates are advised to take special note of the following:

  1. Discount will be applied strictly as set above.
  2. Reservations must be created and ticketed before the 08th of July 2016. Discount will NOT be applicable for reservations created after 08th of July 2016.
  3. RwandAir’s regular ticketing timelines will apply for delegates booking in advance. The RwandAir office making the reservation will advise on any such ticketing timelines.
  4. All travel must be completed by the 23rd of July 2016
